I have all my starters doing great. My only concern is that you can not Isolate all players. I play with the g-men and love the speed of my back up ILB. Gresien sucks. So I prefer speed. I want to build on my back up attributes but can not isolate him. The cpu makes me take both .

I too love the feature, I like tweeking all different aspects to get the right mix for the upcoming week.

The only things I don't like about the feature is the high learning curve to get accustomed to it.

And how it doesn't save the formula you come up with to use it from year to year, personally I love doing the offseason stuff, but after signing my rookies I know I'm going to have & sit for 15 minutes getting the weekly prep back where it was last week...

I like it too but the problem is that it is tiresome because it is not saved after each season.

I HATE starting over after the season. But man, I do love the new weekly prep. Sometimes I just want to get on with the game & do a little bit of tweaking. Sometimes I go all out and do a lot.

Do you guys have any tips to get your DE & DT's to improve their ratings?

I've tried most of the combinations of weights, film & areobics and they still are the only ones on my team not improving after weekly prep..

Plz help.....

Re: I do not know about you guys but I love the weekly prep.

the absolute, fundamental top tips any franchiser could have are....

-make team drills (scrimmage/7 on 7) part of your daily routine!!! this cannot be stressed enough. NO EXCEPTIONS! do this tuesday to friday and every player (even the hard to isolate positions) will see gains.

-give your players some real time off during the week. can make the difference between injuries to key players.

-if you stress team drills and time off, then you should not have much time to focus "player-specific" activites on all of your positions. don't worry, that's what team drills are for. if you can't get all of guys into the filmroom or position drills each week, don't sweat it, but don't neglect linement too much. make sure they are at least doing position drills and/or weights 2-4 hours a week

I too am digging the new prep. So far every position but my Lineman have improved between games. Since I use the Steelers I focus on coverage and it seems to be working. I just need more of a pass rush.
