Changing accessories during Franchise

Maybe I'm just overlooking something, but I can't seem to find where you can change your player accessories during franchise mode.

You cant and they have left this feature out for the last 5 years. Its a definite must have next year!

Player edits must be made to the roster file prior to starting your franchise. Although Rookies in the upcoming draft can be edited in franchise mode after Week 8.
