From what I've played, I would have to say all-pro default. Pro is a bit soft.

I play with a mixture of All Pro and Legend. Basically I amp up the cpu's offensive sliders and a few of it's defensive sliders. Human sliders remain at the default All Pro settings. I play 8 minute quarters and this gives me a realistic yet challenging game. Lots of good low scoring physical battles.

My vote goes to All Pro w/ no slider adjustments.

For online play it is Legend with Performance EQ on. That plays a brilliant game of football, believe me.

Dondadda, can you elaborate? What's the working theory behind playing online games on Legend with Performance EQ?
