Re: If Sega loses the ESPN license... what then?

I would hate it but i would think that networks like Fox and ABC would try to supply their license to VC knowing the great job they did with the ESPN license. I been playing since 2k and presentation didnt draw me into playing the game(it helped for 2k3 - 2k5). "fun factor"(too much gamepro), and gameplay attracted me the first time and hasn't changed since then.

Who cares? I don't work for Sega nor plan to. I don't own stock in it either. Whatever the better game is, I'll buy.

They change the name of the game. I don't see it happening

Just call it EFTM Football. Have a guy named Chris Bartman speak and he can give nicknames like AJ "stop being touchy" Feely.

btw, I have no clue what EFTM would stand for.

At this point the networks would be starving for some Videogame money, but have u seen CBS presentation? It sucks...Fox is worthy...in fact Fox may be the best of the bunch (including ESPN)...that would actually be good as long as they dont add that jackass Cris Collingsworth...him alone would rally make me turn off the commentary.

Actually, they'd probably just carry over Stevens and O'Keefe from this past year's game (actually, they've been in all the 2K games). Losing the ESPN license luckily shouldn't hurt their great commentary, other than the fact that they can't say "ESPN".
