8 seconds no timeouts=2 plays?

I was thinking this guy has balls no timeouts and fg would tie game on the 6.
He ran!!! the ball got stuffed at the 2 with 4 secs left spiked the ball with one sec left.

My qb goes into some read coverage crap on every play so spike is not an option for me.

Another funny thing: How can a LB be inside on a slot reciever before the snap and get over and cover slot man?. Shouldn't they have to spread lbs to get into the zone fast? I herd of disguising a zone but he has to out run the ball from a stand still on a quick throw. Now the other game, the D fly even faster. Thats what they are calling better defense.

so are you saying it's not possible to do that which it probably isn't, or that it happened to you in a game?

The extra time it takes has to do with the User having to pick the spike play. The actual animations – the QB calling signals – is the same for both User and CPU… judging from the few experiments I just ran.

And as for programming the D: think about it. Each year, programmers have to somehow create some sort of CPU programming logic that’s going to offer up yet a greater challenge to some pretty skilled video gamers. Last year’s programming will never be good enough. Heck, last MONTH’S programming is probably lame for many already. I think 2K5 made some great D-play strides this year, and they’ll no doubt improve other game play aspects for next year’s version.

Speaking of the spike play or any no huddle play is there anyone to get your guys to actually run the no huddle cause they take forever to get back to the line and set up the formation.
