Does anyone play with Preseason games on?

I was just wondering if anybody plays preseason games in their franchise, or does everybody turn preseason games off?

I do, just so other teams can have injuries to big time players. I play all my backups though to minmize the risk.

I don't cuz of all the CPU trading that goes on in the preseason.

I do...I think it's CRITICAL...especially since you have to evaluate the players on your team before making cuts...I just don't trust the computer to do it...Besides, some players look MUCH better on the field than they do on paper..

I play with preseason off, only because the cpu doesnt play the game like its a preseason game as far as playing the 2nd string offense, etc. Ive read somewhere that if you gamecast the preseason, the cpu actually does play the backups like a normal preseason game. Ive never tried it so I cant verify it.

Heck, I can barely get though a 16 game season playing every game, let alone tacking on 3 or 4 more games

I play with preseason on but i use gamecast it plays the second stringers in the second half of the game.Cool stuff

i play all pre-season games..but with my rookies n second & 3rd string guyz most of the time..i let my stars get their first two minutes of shine in the beggining then sub them.

after the pr-season i turn it off..to minimize the amount of blockbuster trades...so far i've had good success...only about two big time trades...that made a little sense...after the superbowl i turn pre-season back on
