Which is better the bear defense or the 5-2 defense and why? Which playbook has the best goaline defense?

i personally like bear. i prefer more linebackers. but on the one i suppose 5-2 is better since it's "supposedly" harder to run up the middle. either way i always send an all out blitz. it's really a matter of opinion. basically if you think they're going up the middle 5-2, to the sides, def bear.
