Ok...everyone was sent a schedule and contact info. sheet. We start immediately with the deadline for game 1 being 5 days from now. Everything is spelled out in the most recent email.

Cardot: as far as shoulder charge rule, I'll review what I have and email and post again.... I just want to be sure.

Quick question - are we taking some stats or none? I know there was some discussion earlier and I'm not sure that it necessarily came to an answer.

Also, if someone wants to scrimmage me, I could really use the practice over the next couple of days. Send me a message on AIM or an email. I should be available from 4:30-7 and after 10 tonight. Good luck, guys.

i added you to my friends list after 10 is fine with me i say get all of the scrimmages/preseason games out by tomorrow and anything after that is official

I would say that since we're not working off of a website you can do short writeup of your game and highlight the important stats off of the key players if you want to.....unless someone wants to step up and organize something very quickly..... however, I would only want to do the essentials if we're doing anything at all.

I think we could keep stat keeping to the essentials - only team stats kept. That shouldn't be too hard. I think the stuff Timathie put down in the other thread seems just about right.

Since we have the offensive stats for both teams, it isn't necessary to note the defensive yards.
I would add rushing attempts.
I would change total turnovers to Fumbles lost.

So it would be:
Score
Passing: Complete/Attempts/Yards/Ints
Rushing: Attempts/Yards/Fumbles
Defense: Sacks.

I would be happy to help out with the maintenance of this data.
