Mike 8027's Update, Updated to near perfection

I posted this in the original update thread. Read there for more info on maxing out rosters. Most have 54 man rosters with COMPLETE position changes as of today. The original had a ton of missed position changes.

This took alot of time so enjoy

I did not change any of Mikes edits.

The depth charts are not completly updated (the near part).

Also make these changes just in so make them to the download.
Jags: sign Dennis Norman C, release DT Eddie Freeman
Steelers: Reimersma TE on IR, add Rasby TE
Dolphins: Release RB Henry, sign Brock Forsey RB(again)
