PS2 Offline Update

Did anyone ever get the PS2 11-19 Roster update?

If so could you post it here?

Here is the offline update with many edits to the file. Most edits are to the Free Agent list as all of the guys on there are too highly rated. I also edited the QB ratings up to have the CPU throw better a bit. I don't have the unedited version on my memory card so this one will have to do. Hope you like it.

Yeah, I added 10% to passing strength, read coverage and composure but nothing else. I haven't had much time to see if the CPU QBs play much better.
