Finn's editor questions

Where do I get Finn's editor and how do I use it? I play on Xbox. My sports games were collecting dust until I discovered these boards, now with you all's edits and such I have been playing my sports games non-stop. Just need some help catching up to where you guys are. I am working on editing the players using Ram209's suggested edits. I just need to get up to speed on Finn'e editor and how to use these roster updates you guys are posting. I don't have action replay and need to know how to get it and use it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
