Which rosters? Ratings changes, etc....?

Ok, i decided that I am probably going to re-purchase this game. But i need to know this first.....I see all of these rosters and updates etc.... My question is, are there any good rosters out there that does not include any rating changes across the board? I don't mind changing ratings to make someone alittle better or worse to match their projected skill level for THIS year. But what I am talking about is that I remember a while ago some people were changing the 'consistencey' rating (for all DBs I think) across the board ( i think it was this rating, it could have been something else) to help improve DB play. I'm not sure if I want that because how would that affect the franchise mode when we draft new rookies? Would we have to change their ratings as well each year they come in the league? That would be too much work for me. Is it possible to have current rosters for "play now" games AND for your franchise along with the 2005 schedule?

Honestly this was only done to help the few bugs that 2k5 had in the corner vs wideout animations. This will not hender nor increase play for the user but simply allow you to also have a fair shot at the ball as well. Things like stamina had to done across the board to help running the ball because players were't playing to their potential. Trust me most of everyone plays with honesty on this forum.

Ok....but then my concern turns to the franchise mode when you draft new rookies coming into the league. Am I going to have to change their ratings as well....year after year for each new class of rookies, I'll have to change these ratings?
