Roster question - No Action Replay

Hi. Anyone know of a site that has roster edits listed out that a person can do manually rather than a downloadable file using A/R? I'd like to enter the rookies but I'd like an attribute reference point. Thanks in advance.

If you use Finn's editor with a file from this website, you can view all of the modified statistics that people have already done. In fact, I believe there's an option to print a plain-text version as well.

Dumb question but how do I open the file? I can't seem to get it to work. Any help would be much appreciated.

Download the zip file of the roster and Finn's editor program. Install the editor onto your computer. Do Not Unzip The Roster. Open Finn's editor, use the open command to open the roster of choice. From there you can examine all of the moves and statistics and even export a plain-text version.
