Yes Brandon Jacobs is included. Corey Simon, Peerless Price are with their new teams. Some positional changes are there such as Andre Gurode at C for the Cowboys.

I'm buying xbox and action replay today but I want to know can I dl this on dial up? and drag it over to my xbox.

Yep, shouldn't take you more than two minutes through DL I believe.
