Hey a few people suggested I post the draft adjustments here. Apply these to your draft class and you will be very happy with your drafts. You will find some good players even late in the draft. I did these settings and saw a QB go in the seventh round who was rating a 70 before the start of the regular season. Check these out and let me know how your draft goes (top player ratings, late pick rating, etc) I'm excited for feedback. Thanks, SwayGod.
How To:
1. Open your franchise in Flying Finn's editor. It can be pretty much at any point after pre-season.
2. Click the tools tab, then global editor, then attributes.
3. Now click draft class as the team, and then apply these percentages to the individual position. As far as the type you want, click percentage, add, don't put anything in the limits boxes, and the value is the percentage to add.
4. Apply all increases, save your franchise, upload back to your game, and enjoy, a complete draft with actual talent.

Note: Make sure you unclick the buttons after you add the percentage, or else you could cause trouble for your numbers. Make sure to unclick the position after you have applied the neccessary changes to that position.
