good question. To create the cover I copied overtop of a custom madden cover thinking that it would give me the correct dimensions. In photoshop it has the correct dimensions listed in inches, but I think it's the pixels per inch that is messed up. I will mess with it tonight and see if I can fix them.

Another thing to do would be search google for custom dvd covers or printing dvd covers and there should be tons of programs that you can just import the artwork and they'll print it the correct size for you.
