Puja21, thanks for your hard work. I downloaded your 4/11 update and fired up a quick game, Bucs at Seahawks, and man I just keep forgetting what a great game this is. I don't know what it is, maybe just my imagination, but whatever you've done to the player ratings or whatever else, the game just seemed to play so well last night. Jeff Garcia was making great decisions, as you would expect. And everything seemed sharper, I can't really explain it. I didn't touch any sliders or anything, just loaded your rosters, and it had a whole new feeling to it.

Sadly, I'm also realizing that I'm not sure I can make the leap to 2K8. I love the 2K series, but without the NFL players, logos, stadiums and uni's, I just don't know if I can do it. I'm leaning more and more towards sticking it out with the good 'ol Xbox and these kinds of amazing roster updates. This game is the only reason I'm keeping the xbox around. Keep it up! I'm hoping to see great things after the draft too.

Can anyone help me put this file onto my xbox, im using an action replay max transfer system, i downloaded the file and entracted it and dragged it onto the action replay software where it came up with a pop up not a valid xbox file?

Don't extract it, just drag it to the memory card section.

Apr 25 Update:

got the last min Det signings of Marcus Robinson & Cliff Russell... next update? possibly the first post-draft release

@ that point the file should slowly start to take shape. the retired & default free agents will be overwritten w/ rookies. however, it will prob be until final cuts when we see the latest wave of unsigned/unwanted/released veterans fade away
