HOW DO I - back to 2k5 - need updates

In order to use the updated rosters on first gen Xbox, you use ActionReplay to save them to an Xbox memory card and then save/load them to your Xbox via the AR memory card by inserting the mem card into the controller and either loading/saving through Xbox dashboard, or loading/saving by the LOAD/SAVE roster function in the game itself.

In order to use updated rosters for Xbox 360, you have to use Xport or Xsata and follow the directions to copy the updated rosters onto a specific partition reserved for first gen Xbox games on the Xbox 360.

Let me get this straight.
Ive never owned an original xbox only a 360.
however if I purchase an xport or xsata I can download pujas rosters and finns editor on to my pc and transport them to my 360 simply by using one of these two devices.

Yes. But Finn's editor is pc based. It does not reside on your 360. You only need to move the rosters to your 360. The editor is just that - a pc based editing tool. You don't need it unless you are going to do further editing of puja's or anyone else's rosters.

Hi guys.
The help on this thread is awsome very clear and straight-forward.

Just one question: I'm from the UK and will the updates work with PAL version of 2k5?

I tried to seach but PAL is too short to locate anything.

Your help would be vastly appreciated. I'd love to get back playing an up to date 2k5

Okay guys. I have the game and have found that they have the Xsata at my local Best Buy. My question is this: has anyone been able to use this setup to successfully get the game up to date? I don't want to drop 40 bones on the Xsata only to have it have been disabled by some Microsoft update. Help, please.....
