circuit city is trying to get rid of all their Xports since they no longer will be carrying them. they already took it off their web site. i got one of the last two at my local store for $29.99. move fast and go to your local circuit city. i went to two different store and found one at the second store.

don't call them and ask them if they have it because they don't have a clue what it is, and i don't think it's in their system.

Interesting. Just to be clear, the Xport is the thing that allows you to have your HDD "talk" to your computer, which would be useful, for example for copying an original XBox file (such as Puja's roster) to the HDD for use in 2k5?

Is there any risk of corrupting my harddrive? I only ask because I've tried trick crap like this before on PS2 and lost entire memory cards.

Did u find it sitting around the 360 accessories?

I'm going to run to my local Circuit City, since it's right down the street, after work. I'll let you know if I had any success finding one. Even though I REALLY want updated rosters (and the ability to use Finn's editor), I'm a little concerned about screwing up my hard drive (even though I have no positive evidence of anyone here doing that with an Xport)...so I guess I'll live either way. But it's more worth the risk at $29.99 than $50.

I was just at Circuit City and checked all over the accessories, nothing. Maybe i'll check a different Circuit City tomorrow.

I checked a 2nd Circuit City after work yesterday. Nothing there either. I might check one more store before giving up.

drlw322, where exactly was it on the shelf? On the bottom? With the other accessories hanging next to the 360 games?

it was with the 360 accessory section.
