Coffecup Firestarter is easy to use "flash" software. Very intuitive. I purchased the product the other day (after I made your video), so I'll likely redo it so the shareware tag is gone. It was $50, but I can use it for a masters class project I'm working on too, so it was worth it. Plus, I created the 1984 roster page and have been using it (it's not posted yet). It really makes the pages more dynamic.

To be honest, I looked around the warz sites first, but I'm a little wary of screwing up my computer. That's happened once too often.

BTW- I love that picture of Okoye in the video.

The site has been updated with Warpath's Tecmo roster and I added the instructions for the xbox360 again (since I somehow deleted it before).

UPDATES!

Roster Pages have been created for DreadedSteeler's 1979 and 1986 rosters, VC's final 2004 roster and version 2.5 of my 1983 roster. Still to come is Capa's 1960-1980 roster and eventually an overhaul of the front page.

I am just about done with my Great Team file as well. Just changing Years in league and ages of each player relative to 2004...a brutal exercise for sure! Feel free to post on your site as well when attached here...

DOB is the one thing I don't mess with. I don't see the point. I never see it in the game. Anyway, let me know when you get it wrapped up.

I think I agree on the DOB thing. It's more of a nuisance to me than anything. The only thing I can think of is if people play franchise...I wasn't sure how it would affect progression, retirements, etc. Also, some of the DOB's got really whacked and guys are 1 and 2 years old...some even in neg numbers. Being somewhat compulsive about it, I decided to fix their age...I concentrate on correct year of birth...but not actual month and day. Since it is right below Years in League I figured what the heck...

hey Dolphin or Capa,

What settings do you guys tend to use for the 1979 Roster, the 1990 roster, etc.

I've found myself using the settings found for the 1984 roster, but are there specific settings for each years rosters?

I actually use the settings for my "1985" roster which I haven't posted yet. I took the 84 roster and made them a little tougher on me by jacking the computers QB/receiver and a little RB ratings just past the 3/4 marks. If I get a chance, I'll post them. I think the 1984 settings work very well with both my 83 and 84 roster and I have used them for pretty much every other roster I've played since.

Do not use 1983's settings, unless the game is too hard. I started with those, but they were too slanted toward the player.

I don't know for sure about specific settings for rosters, but I know I do all my ratings and play testing based on the settings I post.
