Free way to get updated rosters to XBOX 360

Wow I just called them....and the lady wouldn't send one out unless I gave them my brothers information(Told them he was the one with the elite).......I wasn't going to drag him into this because I don't see him very much.......

but damm wtf


I thought they would just send one out if you told them you had an elite???

You have to have the Elite's serial # on it is on the back of the Xbox.

I dont know how computer literate anyone on this board is..but you do realize inside that 360 HDD case is a regular laptop SATA hard drive right?

If your computer has a sata port, just open up the HDD casing and plug it in...easy peasy.

Then use Xplorer360 or whatever application of your liking to transfer the gamesaves.

I gave them the serial # of the one I already have, but they still wanted the number from the elite that I said I had(that I actually didn't have)

You need to take the HDD out of the HD casing which most won't want to do. If you don't mind doing that, you also need to have a MOBO or PCI card that is supports sata connections and a sata connector cable. If your MOBO doesn't support sata, you could use a USB to SATA connector and go USB but you would still need to take the HD out of the casing.

Ok, i appreciated ur answer, although I'll probaly just wait for them to send me a transfer cable, since i dont know what a MOBO is and would probably need a step by step manual to ensure i wouldnt mess nothing up.

I got the migration cable hooked up to my elite hard drive and got Xplorer 360 on my desktop. What do I do now I keep getting the fatx drive wont open message.
