For Xbox and play it on 360, but we have PAL over here...will I be able to download the roster updates and stuff?

Yes! I live in europe and have the pal version. i have d'loaded the rosters with no bother whatsoever. you will need the xport360 and follow the instructions on the sticky on the main page and you should be good to go
