Yes by coping it to a PS2 memory card, and then converting it to max through action replay.

There is not computer application for it though.

Thanks for the replies I tried to convert a 360 to a ps2 the other day and it was hard. I'm just glad there are people on that can do it.

Yes, you can and it's not that hard.

Google PSVExporter and PS2SaveBuilder. You can use both of these to convert a PSV to MAX. I just did it, literally, about twenty minutes ago. If you need help, let me know. My problem is that I can do all of this editing, but I can't get the file back onto my PS3 because I don't own an ARMax and there is no way to edit a PSV file.
