I just want to load an updated roster and play. I don't want to mess with any percentage formulas or anything like that.

Can someone just recommend which is the best and most updated roster to download and use for a simple season or 2?

No one is going to tell you the "best", depending on what that means. JSOU's seem more geared for H v H play. GR's are good too. You may want to wait a week and check back as teams are paring down.
