No, i was trying to use the 2011-2012 ps2 roster file to just play an exhibition game. It's not my disc or ps2 either cause when i use other roster files it works fine.

Will try new update with improved bears defense. Don't think bears defense is as good this year compared to last yrs anyway so far. Bears fans may need to face the facts lol.

Listen up guys if you've been lurking around and not reading what type of files we've been posting and hosting at the 2k site then the issues you're having are your fault.

When we say "ROSTER" file that is what it is and we've posted warnings and advice stating this.

When we say "FRANCHISE" file that is what it is and we've posted warnings and advice stating this also.

Greed, Impatience and just wanting and expecting something for nothing is whats causing you grief not the files.

The only real issue for some of you is in getting someone to convert the file to other plate forms.

A "ROSTER" file is a "ROSTER" file, a "FRANCHISE" file is a "FRANCHISE" file.

Simple nothing complicated about it when a "FRANCHISE" is ready we let you guys know....some of you don't care and try putting squares into round holes stop look and listen we've been telling you everyday or so whats going on its up to you to pay attention.

Check with the guy who converted it for you,I don't do ps2 files and don't know how to convert them usually some wiz kid here does it for you guys and then the rest is up to you.

I use my XBOX and XBOX 360 for this very reason....to play 2k football and not fuss with conversions.....ebay 50.00 bucks gets you an XBOX pawn shop 40.00 bucks gets you one no questions asked.

That file I worked on and was posted while I stated all along it wasn't complete and the guy took it and wanted to post it anyway....it won't work for franchises I didn't create it for that but I know for a fact it will work for the XBOX 360 and XBOX.

Had the same problem of PS2 Chris Berman screen freezing & going black with audio just rambling....I converted it myself....never had this happen before with either a Roster or Franchise conversion...thought there was something wrong with my disc...wasn't & I now have a nice new .99 backup disc....

i'll try to use this franchise file in PS2 conversion mode too...

about the rosters, the conversion to ps2 and playing is 100%

Good to hear bro you should hang around and help some of these guys with conversion issues I'm sure they'd appreciate your help.

I wouldn't mind you posting a ps2 franchise file here to get them started you got my go ahead so they'll have a ps2 version...make sure its a working file though just post it in this thread.
