Javo said he's figured out the xbox signing, so a true xbox save should be coming soon. No need for a modded xbox anymore!

Awesome sauce. This is a good reason to put his source on sourceforge tho - since we may lose contact with him and someone may just need to do something simple like recompile for win10 or something.

Yeah. I helped him a bit with the 2K4 editor, so we went back and forth via email. I'll check on the status of the xbox update.

It's silly that someone who basically revived an entire sub-genre (2k4) thanks to his research now can never find a way back on the site or a path to respect. I have no clue what happened but I'm just sad about the whole situation.

That said, if we can convince him to open up the source or at least back up his binaries some where that would make me feel a lot more secure about the future of the editor.

New version of the 2K4 editor is up. You can download and keep track of future updates (of 2K4 and his other editors) at Javo's new site.

Adds support for native xbox files. No need for a modded console anymore!

I'll try converting my file and posting it here so someone can test it before I add it to the main post.
