Copying rosters over

I have a franchise roster that freezes in game when i try to load a game. i fix the roster based on most of this years FA but i cant play a game with them. so i was wondering is there a way i can copy my roster into just a regular roster file?

You'll have to export all your teams then import them into a fresh roster file (right click on team header in the editor). You also have to make sure the team your importing to has the exact same number of players as your exported team.
