Thinking of updating Capa’s PS2 greats file ...

I’m looking to update Capa’s greats file for the PS2, and replace some teams that have better records or won Super Bowls, since Capa created the file.

Example: 2015 Panthers would replace 2003 Panthers.

I downloaded the PC editing software for rosters, and see I can export files into excel. Is there a way to import an excel file into the editor or copy/paste vs. typing them over?

I’m also looking for the nfl2k16 roster file for the 2015 Panthers, and the NFL2k14 roster file for the 2013 Seahawks. Also would like the 2013 roster file for the 2012 Texans.

Unless I’m out of line, I’d like to release the roster file, giving Capa, and whomever else, credit for using their work. I’d then like to update the file whenever a “new” best team of a given franchise emerges.

I don't think Finn ever implemented an 'import data' feature. It is something I asked for years ago and was kindof ignored. So, I made my own tool to do that. It is not quite as user friendly and is still a work-in-progress. But it is posted over at Github if you want to attempt using it.

I'm afraid my Norton virus protection won't allow me to access the file. I'm sure your file is safe, but there's nothing I can do with it. Windows 10 Defender popped up before Norton, and warned me as well. I guess it's just not 'approved'.
