How do I upload rosters onto my OG Xbox?

I wanna update the rosters on my OG xbox but I don't know how. Can anyone be kind enough to help me with this?

If your Xbox is not soft modded, you can do this with a 'Mega-X Key' or action replay.

If your X-box IS soft-modded, you can do it over FTP with FileZilla (or another FTP program).
Under 'UDATA\53450030', I forget which Drive 'UDATA' is on though.
I think 'C', 'D' , or 'E'. Don't quite remember. It's easy to browse the top level folders for each drive once FileZilla is connected.
