Is there a way to take a team out of a 32 team roster file, and create your own single team file, like Capa did with classic teams for the xbox?

You can try this:

Start a franchise with the 32 Team Roster from which you want to export a team. Then go to Options —> Load/Save —> Export Team —> create new save
