PS2 9/16 roster update

Could someone please post the 9/16 off-line update, sharkport file?
I can't download the roster because I have a dial-up connection!

the offline updates are out the 23rd. today is only ONLINE updates

That's true for Xbox, but the PS2 online and offline updates were supossed to be released today.

I have PS2. PS2 on and offline updates are supposedly out today.
