Help - Which Roster to use?

I'm looking to start my franchise over. Which updated roster to use? I want a roster that has the correct depth charts and players. Tweaked stats are ok but not a must. I play with the NY GIANTS. The biggest beef I have with their roster is Carlos Emmons as a Speed rating of 59. Also they have my DBs lacking overall in general, except Will Allen his stats are about right. I was using X-Rob's and MMAn's rosters. How is the sega roster? Anyone using it or is everyone going with a user created\edited roster?

I'm using Irondudez roster, they are the most complete that i've seen. I never use saga's rosters most of the time they are not the most up to date. But if you play online you have to use them, up to date or not.

I like Irondudes rosters his speed ratings are better than sega's.But i did adjust a few ratings like Carlos Emmons i thought his rating was to low,and there are a few more i did
