I never seem to be able to make the Quarterbacks throw less than about 5 picks per game and the completion percentage has been WAY down. I Would love to dive back in and set up a 2006 season with these new user rosters, but the Poor QB play bugs the crap out of me. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

ESPN 2k4 was better than 2k5 for this. Not the answer you wanted, I'm sure.
