Thanks! I'll do that right now. I'm up on the Eagles in the first game of the reg. season 20-7. I went up 20-0 in the first quarter thanks to consecutive Eagle KR fumbles. I'm dropping the fumbles sliders back to 20 right now too.

hopefully this will be the last game like this. at the suggestion of daflyboys i dropped interceptions down to zero. i decided i'd drop fumbles back down to 20 after the eagles fumbled consecutive ko returns. tiki fumbled 3 times but there were no fumbles after dropping the fumbles sliders back to the default. altogether, we turned it over 6 times and they turned it over 7 times.


after the game the eagles traded mayberry for chris brown.

I tend to use fumbles at 22. For rain I jack it up to 24 and for snow up to 25 or 26.

Okay, you can officially welcome me into the fold of folks who play ESPN 2k5 exclusively. This has been the best coach mode experience I've EVER had. Having to pause the game to turn coach mode off for calling audibles is a SMALL price to pay for the amount of FOOTBALL realism I'm getting from this game.

Oh yeah, that HUGE win against the Eagles was definitely an anomaly. I'm trailing the 'Skins right now, 7-21 and they just picked Manning for the 2nd time. Brunell to Coles is virtually unstoppable.

So, what do my coach mode brethren do about kicking or is Bryant really THAT bad of a kicker?

Couldn't get it done against Washington. Down 14-21, I gave to FB Finn on 2nd & 5 and he fumbled. They then went up 24-14 but we just couldn't get 'em.

Some may wonder why I tend to pass so much. Well, I run my offense based on what the defense gives me so to speak. If they put more guys in the box than I have blockers I'll pass. If my number of blockers is greater than or equal to the number of guys they put in the box, I'll most probably run.

For 2K5 coach mode i always moved my controller over to the other team then switch back after the kick. Way too many shanks for the human controlled team.

Had to check in with you guys after this play. I'm hosting the Browns and they took a 3-6 lead into halftime. I come out in the second half, after pulling Manning for throwing 3 int, determined to run Tiki. He'd done well in the first half averaging 6.3 yds/carry. I had to call on some old knowledge from HS ball..****n where they aint. I called a toss for Tiki and he took it to the house 68 yds to give us the 10-6 lead. With, 7:22 left in the 3rd quarter (I play 8-minute quarters) Tiki's got his first 100-yd game. So far, he's got 131 Yds on 11 carries.
