Any sliders w/o limitations?

I've been searching through alot of the threads and most of them have self-limiting rules that the user must abide by to get the most of of the slider settings.

My question is, as the topic implies, are there any good sliders without house rules? I mean I want to have a good realistic game like the rest of you guys but i dunno....i feel like superman vs a regular joe so to speak....im forced to limit myself just to attain a valuable challenge against the CPU and it just doesn't feel right sometimes.
