does the xbox version play better out of the box than the ps2?

my son is playing it right now, it certainly seems too. i had the ps2 version and it certainly seems the xbox version plays better. i have the 360 and picked this up at gamespot for a buck. my son is only eight and he's trying to master passing right now , he hasn't touched madden 08 since.

i can't believe how good it looks on the 360. i have a 42'' vizio lcd tv and i can't tell that much of a differencxe between it and madden. im blown away by how good the xbox version plays and looks.

Ya, the consensus over the years about this has been just that. XBox is just the better version. And tell your son congrats on being more insightful than many kids at least twice his age and older!!
