Human vs Human Sliders ?

I always see ppl talking about sliders when playing vs the comp. What about playing against friends only ? I tried Bills and we both couldn't run at all. I thought mabye the running was turned down cause it's too easy to run when playing vs the cpu ? Or mabye we just aren't any good. Anyways, haven't played football games in years cause Maddens has been garb. But recently found out how good this one is supposedly. Any suggestons ?

I do I put blocking all they way up DB coverage all the way up taclking all the way and passing like 6 to 7 clicks up and running about 8 and catching 7 or so this is off my head i can look at my and re-type it. i have been playing like these since 04 and sometimes i got high scores and some low i like it alot.
