Re: ESPN NFL 2K5 Sliders Discussion

I agree with you guys that pursuit is a hard one to get right. I think you could have coverage at 40 but still burn the CPU if you had the CPU pursuit on 0. Put the CPU pursuit to 20, and I have a hard time completing a pass, let alone, getting a rush for over 3 yds. What I have found is somewhere between 6 - 10 works well. I use 6 for the human and 8 for the CPU (I have gone back and forth on this one between 8 & 10). I usually get blasted with it on 10 (I do use 6 for human blk and running). If you guys break the code let me know. Good work so far.

Have you found that low CPU pursuit gives you more realistic kickoff returns?

Yes. I still think pursuit at 10 is best.

Tim Yeah I have madden but have only played it about 5 times since I can't find good sliders for it, so Im definetly interested in these as for break block. I was thinking maybe strength?? what do you think of that??

Hey guys I did some testing last night and it seems the the Fatigue slider is the most important slider there is. Because the higher you go with Fatigue the more powerful the offense gets for both the CPU and Human. Put it up around 30 and see what happens. It rediculous. So I settled at 8, right now its seems perfect, good subs and great game play.
