Rate my Team

This is the league I actually care about..

15 teams, 2 keepers, default ESPN scoring..

QB Matt Hasselbeck
QB Brady Quinn
RB Steven Jackson
RB Larry Johnson
RB Knowshon Moreno
RB Rashard Mendenhall
RB Laurence Maroney
WR Randy Moss
WR Braylon Edwards
WR Lee Evans
WR Bernard Berrian
WR Jeremy Maclin
WR Deion Branch
TE Jason Witten
TE Heath Miller
DST Redskins
K Robbie Gould

I'm very thin at QB, so I'm looking for a deal there...

All the RBs are questionable.

LJ is someone I like, and have also drafted but I'm still a little skeptical on him. He could be a great pick-up though if he can have a resurgence. However, the O-Line in KC is a work in progress shall we say.

Stephen Jackson is a great talent, but can he stay on the field? With no real receiver threats how will that affect Jackson?

Maroney...meh...too many RBs in NE.

Mendenhall could be solid. Anti-climatic rookie yr though.

Knowshon should have his chances. Could be a could sleeper pick.

Love Moss, Maclin, Evans, and Berrian. Edwards...I'd maybe package w/ a back and one of your TEs (Miller) for a QB.

Re: Rate my Team

Wouldn't package Edwards bc his trade value couldn't be lower right now. I don't think your backs are as bad as JBH. I think Jackson's going to have a big year. Their line is much better and he catches lots of passes too. You need to upgrade over Quinn though. You don't need Peyton or Brady bc Hasselbeck should be good for most weeks, but you need someone solid there to mix and match with him. If there's someone out there you have your eye on, I'd say you could sacrafice Branch or Maroney. I wouldn't just drop either but wouldn't feel bad if there was someone you felt good about on the FA list.

Re: Rate my Team

^ Who is going to get it to S-Jax? Bulger? He can't stay on the field either. There is no Orlando Pace. They've probably got one of the worst O-Lines in the league honestly.

There is no other threat on offense other than Donnie Avery who is out w/ a foot injury for quite some time.

It's going to be a tough year for S-Jax owners.

Re: Rate my Team

You haven't been keeping up with the Rams (can't blame you for that). They paid Jason Brown a sh*tload to play center for them instead of the Ravens and then drafted a couple of linemen. Not to mention the line was hit by injury and should be healthier overall. The line should be decent this year. Bulger should also be decent with an improved line in front of him, but it doesn't really take a probowler to make throws to a RB. I don't like their offense... the WRs are all too young, but they will go deep and Bulger's capable. SJ's the only player I'd draft on that team but things are set up for him to have a nice year.
