fantasy football help

i have Vikings DST on my fantasy team...

the guy I matched up with has Eagles DST...

now either the Eagles have a great defense, or the Vikings have a terrible defense... can someone tell me which one it is?

i only got 15 points from the Vikings, my opponent got 45 points from the Eagles...

i can't be gettin hit like that every week or I have no chance...

right now i have options to drop vikings and add:
49ers
bengals
bills
broncos
browns
cardinals
chiefs
colts
falcons
jaguars
lions
panthers
raiders
rams
redskins
saints
seahawks
texans


would you guys suggest dropping the vikings DST for one of these other teams? i'm thinking seahawks, we have a solid defense right?

today i lose 123-163

mcnabb went for only 21 compared to brees going for 48

vikings dst went for only 15 compared to eagles dst 43

right there is where I lose this...

brees threw for 6 TD's... eagles forced 7 turnovers...

those arent things that happen everyday
