Trade: DeAngelo Williams for Larry Fitzgerald?

Hey guys, I was offered a trade where I would trade away DeAngelo Williams and receive Larry Fitzgerald in return (both first round picks). I don't know much about football, so would this be a good trade? The rest of my RB/WR are:

Frank Gore, RB
Fred Jackson, RB
Fred Taylor, RB
Tim Hightower, RB

Braylon Edwards, WR
Santonio Holmes, WR
Greg Jennings, WR
Wes Walker, WR
Torry Holt, WR

Any help would be appreciated

EDIT: BTW this is a head to head league

2 RB, 2 WR, and 1 RB/WR

It is 1 point for every 10 rushing/receiving yards.

I would try to get a lesser RB in return, while also giving up a lesser WR (so the trade would be 2 for 2). As is, your starting RBs will be thin while you'll have more than enough options at WR meaning a player worth starting on your bench. Basically your 2nd best RB would be Fred Jackson who's value is going to drop big time when Lynch gets back.

Thanks, I've declined the trade. Currently I'm first place (2-0) so I don't see much reason to make any changes for now as well. Hopefully it stays that way
