You can try to trade one for an upgrade at WR or TE.

Yeah I wound up accepting it, and I'm now working a deal with a few other owners on AP.

AP, Miles Austin and a thrown in for Megatron and Stephen Jackson deal might be in the works

Re: Official Trade Talk Thread

So someone offered me this -

I give:

Doug Martin, RB, TB

I receive:

James Jones, WR, GB
Peyton Hillis, RB, KC
Jonathan Dwyer, RB, PIT
Kevin Ogeltree, WR DAL

My RBs are Rice, Forte, R. Bush, D. Wilson and D. Martin
My WRs are: Dez Bryan, Jordy Nelson, DeSean Jackson, Titus Young, Kenny Britt

It would basically be Martin, then dropping Young, Britt, Russel Wilson for those 4 players.

I have...no idea. I don't think I want to because none of those players would start for me.

Re: Official Trade Talk Thread

I wouldn't do it, Martin is better than anything you're getting. 2 RB's in timeshares, Ogletree has had one good game in his career, and Jones isn't a top option in GB so hard to project any consistency out of him.

This is why you shouldn't do it. Your RBs are pretty deep, but you can get way more for Martin. You should be looking for someone that will be a solid contributor to your team for him. If you can't find it, then hold on to him in case of an injury to one of your top backs and he can fill in.

Echoing everyone else, this is a bad offer. What's worse is your team is very good as is, so you can be a bit picky about what trades you'll do. Just because a guy's on your bench doesn't mean they're a bench player. Martin will start for whoever you trade him to... so you deserve a starter back, along with whatever else comes if you trade him.

I'm really wanting to get some wr help in my ppr league. I have Bowe, Fitz, Blackmon, and Cobb.

I have a trade pending where I deal MJD and in return I get AJ Green. My other runningbacks are Ray Rice, Bush, and Gore. I'm leaning heavily towards accepting this trade. Thoughts?

Re: Official Trade Talk Thread

You're pretty deep at RB it looks like, AJ is a good option I would probably do it but I can see the downside as well.

What do you start? In terms of RB's, WR's, flex.
