Tyrod Taylor at home against the Jets or Rivers at home against the Jaguars?

I usually opt for the non-Thursday QB if it's close, and given Tyrods struggles last week I'd go Rivers this week.

Rivers without a question. Tyrod didn't show anybody anything last week that would make you want to start him this week, against the Jets defense that got 7 sacks no less.

Re: 2016 Sit/Start Thread

Brandon Marshall playing tonight, was a complete let down Week 1.

Bounce back or sit? I have a choice out of him, Jeffery, or Benjamin.

Side note, first post in 2 years.

LOL who do you have starting over the other guys? It is like splitting hairs between these 3 guys. I think the consensus would probably be Jeffery, Marshall, and then Benjamin. However for me, my choice would be Benjamin. He was a target monster last week against an elite defense. Despite last week, the Niners performance was a fluke I think, and it looks like their offense may at least be able to put a few points on the board this year so I don't think it'll be over by halftime, which is a good thing for the Panthers skill players. The Eagles defense has serious potential, so they sort of scare me a bit. I also think the Bills will rebound tonight. It's a tough call... I think all of these guys will be good for at least 8-10 points as a floor, but I like Benjamin the most.

Should I use Sammy Watkins tonight? Other choices are Chris Hogan and Mike Wallace. Thinking about Wallace, but he has fooled me many a time over the years.

I have A.J Green as my #1. Then Jeffery, Benjamin, & Marshall as my #2 options and can chuck one into a flex if needed.

We use NFL.com for our league and with all of us living in the UK we sort of missed the draft, and well.. the auto-draft was very kind to me. Very, very kind.

Sammy Watkins may be 50/50. Not sure if he is even playing yet and if he is, he is cutting and putting pressure on a injured foot so, may not even be 100%. I'd take Wallace. He may not get the receptions but I'd reckon he's a solid bet for a TD or two. He takes the top off defenses and Flacco has a cannon arm. Also the Ravens are at the Browns, the same Browns that Carson Wentz just burned and the same Browns who just lost RGIII. As if they weren't awful enough already, I'm calling a very one sided game for that.

I watched the Eagles/Browns game and the Browns secondary was just awful. Wentz was throwing guys open as if it was practice.

Re: 2016 Sit/Start Thread

Starting 2 of these 3 this week 0.5 PPR:

Sammy Watkins vs NYJ
Donte Moncrief @DEN
Tajae Sharpe @DET

Leaning Sharpe for sure this week, Lions can score which should force Tennessee to throw which should bode well for Sharpe. Legitimately concerned with Watkins foot on short rest, worried he might be a decoy tonight, but I'm also worried about Moncrief's matchup this week.

Re: 2016 Sit/Start Thread

I'm not worried about him being a decoy, I'm worried about him leaving the game early. Now that he's active I think I'm going to roll the dice in the league where I have him. Not super worried about the Colts match-up. If it was Alex Smith at QB I would be, but it is Andrew Luck. If you want to roll the dice, sit Moncrief. If you want to play it safe, sit Watkins.
