The Kansas City Chiefs have signed SS Adam Archuleta for 3 years, $3.23M. Earlier this year, the Chiefs also signed G Chris Naeole for 4 years, $6.73M.

QB Joey Harrington has found a new home in Dallas, signed for 3 years, $3.31M.

RB Travis Henry was signed in week 3 by the Falcons, 5 years, $11.37M.

FS John Lynch is now a Redskin, 5 years, $5.71M. The Redskins also signed RB Shaun Alexander for 4 years, $3.92M.

Rookie running back, Rashard Mendenhall of the Steelers has been placed on the injured reserve list after tearing his ACL.

Starting corner back, Fred Bennett, will miss the Lions game due to a sprained wrist suffered in the win over the Miami Dolphins last Sunday. Bennett has played in all 6 games, registering 6 tackles and 1 interception.

Adding onto the injury list is Bennett's backup, Antwaan Molden, rookie out of Eastern Kentucky. Molden has also played in all 6 games and has registered 8 tackles.

Gary Kubiak on Bennett and Molden: "We had the option of just taping his (Bennett) wrist real good, but I do not want Frank to endure any long term injuries - especially since he is the cornerstone of our defense. As for Antwaan, it's the same case but probably a little worse because of a foot injury. We are going to take some precautions when getting him set up to go again."

The good news is starting corner Dunta Robinson, who has been injured since the Ravens game in week 2, has fully recovered from his broken wrist injury.

Gary Kubiak on Robinson: "Sweet ..."
