Commissioners Statement: There was an obvious imbalance in the NCAA and we felt the need to correct the imbalance before it grew. We believe our changes will make the big conferences more even and competitive, and we will see teams in lower conferences working and fighting harder in order to clinch bowl eligibility. We would like to apoligize to any teams or conferences who felt they got snubbed in this whole predicament, but it was for the betterment of the league. Especially UCF, who may have been eligible to be in a BCS conference if not for their convenient location.

Big Ten Commish Steps Down, USF Coach to Take Over

Big Ten commissioner James Delany stepped down as acting Big Ten commissioner today, leaving a vacancy that nobody was more excited to fill then coach Kalen DaBoer of the South Florida Bulls. "James is a legend as a Big Ten commish, and I am just hoping i can fill some of his heroic shoes. He brought the Big Ten to where it was, and I am looking to bring it back to the top." Delany had no comments, obviously frustrated by the new rules instated by the ncaa.

As for the USF head coaching vacancy, high school coach, and three time florida state champion, Chris Young will be taking over the Bulls. Although his statement will be released at a later time, he was very smiley when leaving the meeting with the South Florida Athletic Director.
