Re: Kentucky Hogs Franchise

Hogs late comeback and valiant effort not enough

It was a great effort and first game for the Kentucky Hogs. After getting down early 14-0 thanks to Peyton Manning (9-9 on passes) and Dwight Freeneys pick 6, it looked like a long year for the Hogs. But then, they showed some fight to start the second half with a 32 yard pass to Leonard Pope to start the 3rd quarter. Indy answered with a TD pass to Joseph Addai, but then Gus Frerotte, thats right Gus Frerotte lead his team down the field twice connecting to Reggie Williams and George Wrighster to tie the game at 21, and send it into overtime.
In overtime, the Hogs stop the Colts, go 3 n out, stop the Colts again, get the ball, and Frerotte throws a pick six to end the game. Final 27-21, Colts
