#23 Texas A&M Aggies 6-0 (2-0) @ Texas Tech Red Raiders 4-3(1-2)
Jones At&T Stadium, Lubbock, TX

AGGIES STUN TTU
AGGIES WIN IN HOSTILE LUBBOCK 38-24
Lubbuck, TX -- TAMU drove into Lubbock with one thing on thier mind, and it was WIN. Lately their defense has been playing pretty good, despite poor performance in the first couple games. But today was no different then the last couple weeks as the Aggies defense played great, causing 2 turnovers and 4 sacks. Leading to a 39-24 win.

Coming off the worst performance of his career, QB Jerrod Johnson took the feild and played like a seasoned vet. He completed 52% of his passes going 13/25 for 289, 2 touchdowns and 1 interception. Despite the interception he played great, making audibles at the line of scrimmage, making overall good throws and being a leader, as he guided his team to victory. RB Cyrus Gray had an impact as well rushing for 117 yards on 28 carries.

The defense took the field and meant buisness from the opening drive to the final play of the game. They applied tremendous pressure on TTU QB Taylor Potts and forced him to throw 2 interceptions and also sacked him 4 times. DT Tony Jerod Eddie was a one man wrecking machine, with 10 tackles, 4 tackles for losses, and 3 sacks. Coach Wayne said " Today our team played like men amongst boys. And thats why we won. Our offese put up points and our defense played with reckless abandon."

Re: NaShawn Wayne Coaching To Fame! (NCAA 10)

Iowa State Cyclones 4-4 (1-3) @ #16 Texas A&M Aggies 7-0 (3-0)
Kyle Field, College Station, TX

AGGIES KEEP WINNING
AGGIES KNOCK OFF ISU 39-29
College Station, TX -- The TAMU Aggies went to battl against the Cyclones of Iowa State. The Aggie defense played well throughout the game but the offense wasnt there to support and thats why Aggies were facing a 21-10 halftime defecit. But the offense came out the second half rolling on all cylinders, riding to a TAMU win 39-29.

The Offense was not a factor in the first half of the game. Nothing was meshing, the run and pass game were both shut down by the cyclones, however in the second half the offense got rolling. QB Jerrod Johnson didnt play the best game of football but he didnt turn the ball over, and he got the win. He only completed 37 % of his passes going 14/37 for 269 yards and 1 touchdown. WR Jeff Fuller had a great game cathing 4 passes for 1 57 yards and 1 touchdown.

Defensively the Aggies played good, in spite of giving up 29 points. They forced four turnovers, 2 fumbles that they recovered both times and also intercepted ISU QB Austen Arnaud 2 times late on the 4th quarter. Coach Wayne told the press " Well our offense really needs work because our defense is holding thier gorund and the offense isnt their to support them with points and were gunna need it when we battle Oklahoma. But today was a good game, hard hits and big plays, i loved the atmosphere today!"
Forgot to save the highlight for play of the game
