Turn For The Best?

The (6-0) Sand Diego Chargers continue their trip to perfection by putting a beat down on the Oakland Raiders 31-10. Everyone is saying that no doubt, this is the team to beat in the NFL. Everyone is wondering if this team is even in the running for perfection, we'll find out in a couple of weeks.

(4-3) Saints - 7|0|3|14| - 24
(4-3) Falcons -7|7|0|0| - 14

Recap
Believe it or not, the Saints have bounced back from an (0-3) Start and made it back the playoff race. And Randy Moss returned the opening kickoff for a Touchdown. Even with the Saints' low scoring game on Monday Night Football, they were still able to get a win over their divison rivals. The defense played decent giving up a couple of big plays, but was not enough to give Atlanta a chance to win. The entire 1st half was a little rough on Brees and the New Orleans' offense. Bress went 2/8 in 1st half. The Saints had multiple 3 And Outs. The Falcons looked like they had an edge on New Orleans at half-time. They were wrong. The Saints, like usual, came back and played great football in the 2nd half. Allowing no points, and holding Matt Ryan to just 49 yards and two Interceptions. Both by Darren Sharper. The Saints have no doubt turned there team around are hot. They look to be making another run at the playoffs, can the Saints repeat Superbowl Champions?

The Sean Payton Report

After beating their division rivals, the Atlanta Falcons, this is what Sean Payton had to say about the game and their winning streak -

"The last 4 weeks have been great. Our offense the last two games have not been at expectations, but the Defense has helped win these games. Without the defense Gregg Williams has put together, we would not be (4-3) right now. Brees is a little banged up and sore, and its possible that he could miss Monday and Tuesday practice, but he will play Vs Carolina until told otherwise. Carolina might have a a losing record but they can easily end our winning streak."

Gregg Williams (Defensive Cordinator) -

"Our Defense is playing great at the moment. We've been working alot more harder at practice and been watching more film for the game Vs Carolina. We know this is not an automatic win for us too. Carolina is as dangerous as any other team in the NFL, the just need the right Gameplan. Any Given Sunday..."

The (7-0) San Diego Chargers stay undefeated beating the Oakland Raiders 34-7 at home. Their next real test will be in New York next week Vs the (4-3) Giants. We'll see how Phillip Rivers can handle the noise in Giant Stadium.
