Week 5 Baltimore @ Bristol Bay

Vipers Keep Rolling!

Bristol Bay Vipers are off to their best start ever, beating rival Baltimore 36-25 to improve their record to 5-0. Bristol Bay Vipers defense forced 3 turnovers leading to 17 points; which was the differences in this game. The Vipers defense also held Ray Rice in check (16 Att, 47 Yards).

Jay Randolph had another great game, completing 19 of 34 passes for 244 yards and 2 touchdowns. The Vipers only weakness was a very sub par running game, 22 attempts for only 46 yards, they will need to improve this if they want to make a playoff run. The Vipers will travel to Oakland to face The Raiders who are now 4-0.

Week 6 Bristol Bay @ Oakland

Vipers Get Raided!

The Bristol Bay Vipers are no longer undefeated after a loss to the undefeated Oakland Raiders 31-24. The Raiders were led by Darren McFadden who rushed for 177 yards on 32 attempts, he also added 25 yards receiving and had 3 touchdowns. On defense for The Raiders 1st round draft pick Anthony Fox helped seal the deal with an interception late, Fox had 3 tackles and had an amazing 3 interceptions. The Raiders are now the only undefeated team left in the NFL after The Cowboys fell to The Jets.

The Vipers finally got a running game going with 115 yards on 17 rushes. Jay Randolph had his worst game as a pro. Randolph completed 24 of 39 passes for 339 yards and 2 touchdowns but threw 4 costly interceptions. The Vipers defense just couldnt stop Darren McFadden and now adds a new problem to fix. The Vipers have a bye week and will have some time to fix their problems or they will be in for a long 2nd half of the season.

Side Note: Aaron Wheeler - 1 Tackle, 1 Pass Defl.

Re: Bristol Bay Vipers (Madden 2010)

Being the best player on the team I will take blame for this loss :P

Jk, good start to the season sucks that you lost to the Raiders but I'm sure you'll be able to bounce back
