Week 12 Seattle @ Bristol Bay

Vipers Win But At A Cost

Bristol Bay Vipers came from behind to beat The Seahawks 31-23. The Vipers scored 17 points in the 4th quarter. The rally started with a J.T. McKenzie touchdown run, followed by a Martin Curry fumble recover which he returned 33 yards for a touchdown. This win might have just cost The Vipers their season, star quarterback Jay Randolph suffered a fractured elbow and will miss the rest of the year. Third year back up quarterback Christian Burns helped them pull out the win (13/24 152 Yards, 2 TD, INT), but can he do this against the top teams? The Vipers will face off against Peyton Manning and The Indianapolis Colts next week.

Week 13 Indianapolis @ Bristol Bay

Another Blow To Viper Fans

Bristol Bay Vipers took another hit as J.T. McKenzie left the game in the first quarter with broken ribs and will miss 2-3 weeks. The running game was supposed to be the focal point of the offense when Jay Randolph went down but who knows where they will go from here.

Peyton Manning tosses 3 touchdown passes as The Indianapolis Colts hammer The Vipers 35-21. The Colts dominate even though they only had 9 first downs and were outgainned, but forced 3 turnovers. The Colts had built a 35-7 lead early in the 4th quarter. SIDE NOTE: Peyton Manning passes Dan Marino for 2nd all-time with 421 passing touchdowns.

The Vipers did manage to put up 14 points in the 4th quarter, but the game was already over by then. Travontae Edwards and Jerome Cleveland scored all of The Vipers points. Travontae Edwards had 7 catches for 76 yards and a touchdown, while HB Jerome Cleveland, a 3 year back up added 62 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns. The Vipers now 8-4 fall out of 1st place in the AFC North, as The Steelers win their 7th straight game and move to 9-3. The Browns have now won 4 straight games and are 7-5.
